Chilli Crab

Stir-fried crab is coated with sweet, savoury and spicy tomato based sauce. This dish is often accompanied by steam or deep fried buns (also known as mantous). It is such a great companion as the chilli gravy and the bun complement each other perfectly.

The dish consists of egg noodles and rice noodles stir-fried with egg, slices of pork, prawns and squid, and served and garnished with vegetables, small pieces of lard, sambal sauce and lime (for adding the lime juice to the dish)

The head of a red snapper is semi-stewed in a Kerala-style curry with assorted vegetables such as okra and eggplants. It is usually served with rice.

Pretty lilac-colored gooey mush of glob which was plentifully oily, tasty and yet sweet with garnishes of pumpkins and gingko nuts
