Co-Founder, Mr Adlas Ou-Yang Chua
Company's HISTORY
Jamix Restaurant has been up and running for 4 years along Joo Chiat Road. It is co-founded by a couple, Adlas Ou-Yang Chua and Mattisa Leow, who aims to bring to the market the most authentic, flavourful and genuine tasting exotic local food.
In the process of forming the business, it taped on the knowledge and experience that Mr Adlas Ou-Yang Chua had gained throughout his career (as a Chef in various 5-Stars hotels in Singapore) of 20 years and on the management and PR skills that Ms Mattisa Leow acquired in her previous jobs.
This restaurant started off with a small workforce (3 Chefs, 1 Floor Manager and 5 Service Crews) but has grown into their large family (6 Chefs, 3 Floor Managers and 15 Service Crew) as of date. In addition, with the increase in customers patronizing and the large crowd that they have gained day in day out, Jamix Restaurant bought over the shop unit next to it last year to expand the shop.
Jamix Restaurant is in the midst of planning and crafting their expansion of their restaurant in another location. We are hoping to open the store in the last quarter of 2015.

1.To be featured as the top restaurant in our specialty cuisine at the end of 2015 on the Top 10 Singapore Restaurants
2.To be able to sustain our business with an annual profit of $100,000 starting 2015.
3.Have at least 4 restaurants in Singapore at the end of 2016.
